PYC VIBRATORY FINISHING MACHINE
Vibratory Finishing Machine is available in bowl volumes ranging from 50 to 1200 liters. The bowls are rubber or polyurethane lined for durability. Parts, media, and compound are placed in the machine for processing. In forward mode, the machine runs counterclockwise, and parts are processed. After the processing, parts can be unloaded by running the machine in reverse mode- this results in a clockwise motion with the parts and media moving onto the unloading ramp where media falls through the screen mesh back into the bowl while the parts pass over the screen and are discharged.
