This type of machine is driven by horizontal motor and by means of special driving and design to drive sieving screen along with the base spring to produce high frequency vibration, thus, the finishing media is be separated through screen from the working part. 

Features

The machine can be connected to the discharge opening of the vibratory finishing machine for automatic work parts unloading purpose.

The sieving screen is either made with PVC Plata, Stainless Steel, which is durable and rustproof, or rubber coated to eliminate abrading. The inner layer is polyurethane coated to eliminate abrading.

Choose suitable sieving screen based on the sizes and shapes of the finishing media and parts.
